The UK government requires that we operate on a “click and collect” way of business, this means that payments must be taken over the phone via card, or via BACS payment (request information over the phone)
For this reason, we have created a calendar system, so that you can choose a time slot that suits you. Please fill out all of the information and we can help you in store. There is a drop box just inside the doorway for you. Please arrive during your slot as if you are early, you’re required to wait and if you’re late, you will need to reschedule.
When your repair is complete, we will contact you to arrange a pick up time slot and can submit for a pickup slot if we have your only internet enabled device in for repair
